Camp Chief Hector Empowerment and Celebration Weekend
To Celebrate the Strength and Empowerment of Women
CCASA offers a weekend of celebration, personal growth, and healing for female survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault who have attended individual and/or group conselling sessions at CCASA. This celebration is held at the Camp Chief Hector facility in the Kananaskis. The weekend highlights and celebrates women’s strength and empowerment in a structured format that includes activities such as group sharing sessions, a high rope course, horseback riding, and relaxation sessions.
Each person has choice to participate in each of these activities based on their own abilities and desires.
An assessment interview with a CCASA staff member will be the first step in determining if this type of program will meet both your personal needs as well as the needs of the larger group.
